How do I make purchase on the website?
You must be a registered member to purchase products on the website. Alternatively, you may choose other login options in the login page.

How do I register as a member?
Scroll down to the bottom of our website and click "Register" under Account tab. Fill in your details and click Create Account.

How do I place an order?
To place your order, select the item(s) that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Then, proceed to the checkout page where you must fill in your personal information and pay for the order. Make sure to double check that you have filled in your details correctly to ensure that you receive all the necessary info and that your order is delivered without any complications.

I have made payment for my order, what should I do next?
1. For Store Pick Up: A Whatsapp confirmation will be sent to you when your order is ready for pick up. You may collect your item(s) at any time during our working hours. 
2. For Express Shipping: Your order will be processed and we will notify you your tracking number once your order is packed and ready to ship. (For customized PC, please allow us 1-3 working days to assemble, test and do final check before we pack & ship.)

How long do you take to ship my order?
It may take up to 3 business days (exclude Saturday, Sunday & public holidays) from your order date to process and ship out your parcel. If your order is placed on a Friday, your parcel will likely be shipped out on the following Monday or the next business day.

What payment options are available?
We accept online banking (FPX), bank cards or ewallets. Payment options are available during checkout.

Do you deliver internationally?
We do not offer international shipping currently.

What happens if my order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimate for delivery.
